My name is Yvonne. I started working in the Domiciliary care 5 years ago and became a senior care worker 1 year ago.

In my role as a senior carer/trainer, I routinely oversee and monitor care workers and also regularly do spot checks.

The training side of my role gives everyone a great understanding of their responsibilities and the knowledge and skills they need to do their job.

I also conduct inductions for new staff and mandatory training.
