Hi, my name is Jan Smith and I am the IQA for Peak Training Services. I have worked in the health care sector for over 30 years as a Registered Care Manager and Operations Manager with 11 years specifically in learning and development.

I am passionate about ensuring students have opportunities to develop and about delivering excellent blended learning to help learners achieve their qualifications of choice.

I work to a high personal standard role modelling this for the Learning tutors, to ensure high-quality service to develop and support learners through diplomas/apprenticeships, helping students achieve a recognised qualification that evidences the highest standards of care.

As an IQA I am professional and passionate about training and development and strive to ensure the highest level of service meets organisational and customer needs.
